The former headquarters of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (CEIP), located at 700 Jackson Place, N.W., in Washington, D.C. The building is situated directly across from the Old Executive Office Building, on the northwest corner of Jackson Place and Pennsylvania Avenue.
