The Tower Building, designed by Robert F. Beresford, is a twelve-story Art Deco style office building of steel construction and limestone veneer. Completed in 1929, the Tower Building was the city’s tallest high-rise at the time of completion. The “L” shaped lobby also incorporates marble pilasters and bronze trim of Art Deco ornamentation.
